  • 1 1/2 cup low-salt chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel


Anyone who loves lamb meals for Easter would be thrilled with this dish. Season your lamb shank with salt and pepper in order to prepare for cooking.
